Sixteen reasons for supporting woman’s suffrage

Members of the Woman’s Christian Temperance Union believed in a ‘Woman’s Mission’ – to make society more moral.

In the late nineteenth century the group joined the Women’s Suffrage League to campaign for equal voting right for South Australian women. This flyer was created by the New Zealand branch of the Union and re-printed for use by the South Australian branch to assist in campaign.
