Fifty years ago the SA Parliament reformed the criminal law concerning abortion. In 2019 obstructions to women’s access to abortion services remain and parliament is again discussing reform. Join the Centre of Democracy to hear Associate Professor Barbara Baird (Women’s Studies) and Associate Professor Catherine Kevin (History), Flinders University discuss this issue.
