Activist Drawing: Free Cartooning Workshop – 24 January

What are you most passionate about? What do you want to share with the world? This is your chance to communicate what matters most to you in a cartoon.

In this free cartooning workshop, you will develop your illustration skills while having a say about issues that matter to you. Participants will explore the Centre of Democracy and the temporary exhibition ‘Behind the Lines 2016: The Year’s Best Political Cartoons’. Work with local cartoonist Georgina Chadderton to create simple storyboards inspired by social change, activism, and democracy.

This workshop is aimed at people aged between 11 and 14 years. All materials are included.
